If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, you may return them for a refund or an exchange within 15 days of purchase. Return freight changes are the customer's


Absolutely no returns on used items. No refund, just only offer exchange.
Absolutely no returns will be accepted past 15 days from your purchase date.

1. All returns and exchanges require the issuance of a return authorization number.
2. To obtain a return authorization number use this email link to send all of the following information:
- Order id
- Customer id, name
- Date of purchase
- Phone #
- Email address you wish to be contacted at
- Reason for return or exchange
3. A return authorization #, return address, and further instructions will be provided when all of the above information has been received.
4. Package Your Return in original packing, white invoice,and good condition.
5. Please clearly write your Return Authorization # on the outside of your box next to Shipping Label.

Shipping related charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error (for example, receipt of na incorrect product).
All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Once we receive your item, please allow 7-10 days for your refund to be posted back to your credit card account. We will email you with notification that your credit has been issued. Refund time will depend on the credit or debit card company policies.

Exchanges will be sent out 1-2 days after we receive your return.
